APPLE CIDER MIMOSAS
APPLE CIDER MIMOSAS!
3 oz chilled apple cider
3 oz chilled champagne
Optional:
Brown Sugar or Super fine sugar (for sugar rim)
Apple slices for garnish
Garnish Instructions:
Cut thin apple slices treated in lemon juice to prevent browning and cut a 1/2" slice in the middle of it. Slide the apple onto the rim of the glass and run it around the rim to dampen.
Remove the apple and press the moistened outside rim of the glass into the plate of sugar.
Gently shake off any excess, pour in drink recipe and slide the apple slice back onto the rim and serve!
*If you prefer a sugar crusted rim, let harden at room temperature and when set, place the glass in the freezer until cocktail hour to create a true "sugar crusted rim".
Drink Instructions:
Pour the apple cider into a champagne flute, followed by champagne.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
